Hair should be at least ¼ inch long — roughly the length of a grain of rice. If you shave, we recommend waiting 2–3 weeks before your first appointment. Longer is fine; we can trim if needed.

Gently exfoliate the area 24 hours before to remove dead skin cells and help lift hairs for a cleaner pull. Avoid any harsh scrubs or exfoliants the same day as your appointment.

Stay well hydrated and moisturize the area in the days leading up — healthy, hydrated skin waxes more easily.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting underwear and clothing. Shower and keep the area clean — but skip heavy lotions, oils, or creams on the day of your appointment, as they can prevent the wax from gripping the hair properly.

If you're concerned about discomfort, you can take an over-the-counter pain reliever (like ibuprofen) about 30 minutes before your appointment.

Yes — please avoid the following for at least 24 hours before your appointment:

· Sunbathing, tanning beds, or spray tans
· Retinol, AHAs, BHAs, or any chemical exfoliants
· Laser treatments or chemical peels
· Alcohol (it dehydrates the skin and can increase sensitivity)

If you are on Accutane or similar medications, please consult your dermatologist before booking a wax.

For the first 24–48 hours after your wax, avoid the following to prevent irritation and ingrown hairs:

· Hot baths, saunas, or steam rooms
· Tight clothing that rubs the area
· Direct sun exposure
· Intense exercise or activities that cause heavy sweating
· Scented lotions, perfumes, or products with alcohol

After 48 hours, we recommend a gentle exfoliating routine 2–3 times per week to prevent ingrown hairs. A light, fragrance-free moisturizer daily keeps skin smooth and happy between appointments.

Most clients come in every 3–5 weeks. Over time, regular waxing weakens the hair follicle and growth becomes finer and slower — so your results keep getting better with each visit.

There is some discomfort — we'll be honest! But our estheticians use soft wax, which adheres to the hair efficiently and is applied with expert technique to keep your experience as comfortable as possible.

Your first session tends to be the most sensitive. With regular appointments, most clients notice that it becomes much more manageable — even easy — over time.

We use soft wax for all Brazilian and intimate waxing services. Soft wax applies warm, adheres to the hair, and lifts it efficiently — making it an effective and trusted choice for sensitive skin.

Yes — you can absolutely come in during your period. Just wear a tampon or menstrual cup during the appointment. Keep in mind that sensitivity is heightened during your cycle, so you may find it a bit more uncomfortable than usual.

Many clients continue waxing throughout pregnancy — it's generally safe. Sensitivity is often increased during pregnancy, so expect the experience to feel a little more intense.

We recommend getting clearance from your OB-GYN, especially in the first trimester. Please let us know when booking so we can accommodate you comfortably.

A Brazilian wax typically takes 30 minutes. First-time clients may take a bit longer. As you become a regular, your appointments tend to move faster.

It's completely normal to feel nervous! Our estheticians create a calm, professional, and judgment-free environment. We'll walk you through each step, give you time to breathe, and check in throughout the service.

We work quickly and efficiently to keep discomfort to a minimum. Most clients feel completely at ease by the end of their very first visit.

Yes! We offer the Manzilian — a full Brazilian wax for men. The process is the same as a Brazilian wax, and we use the same soft wax. Book through our online booking page.
